We are doing a special bake of 50 boxes. They will be on sale on Saturday, August 8th, 2026, at the Ellis County Heritage Center in Victoria, beginning at 1 P.M.
$20 per box for a dozen!

Pinochle Tournament
Join us for our Pinochle Tournament on Saturday, August 8th 2026, from 1 - 3:30 P.M. at the new Ellis County Heritage Center located at 701 7th St, Victoria KS.
Bring your best partner for a two person team. The tournament will be limited to 20 Teams.
$30 Entry Fee.

Josie's Gift is a Heritage Play that celebrates the history and tradition of the Volga Germans, in a modern day setting.
This event is FREE with no reservations required.
Showtime is at 7 P.M. Doors will open at 6:30.
At the Hays High School Performing Arts Center.

About the event
You are invited to the Ellis County Historical Society's VOLUNTEER TUESDAY which happens on the second Tuesday of every month, from 6 pm to 8 pm at the ECHS main campus in Hays. This is a "COME & GO" event and you don't need to register in advance. Just come on down! Bring your organization, you youth group, your friends or just you! Training will be provided; you will meet new friends and learn new skills. AND!- get a peerk at what we do behind the scenes.
